Hachinohe Gakuin Regional Collaboration Research Center

The Hachinohe Institute Regional Collaboration Research Center aims to be a base for the “creation of a new Hachinohe” through partnerships between universities, colleges, and the local community. In addition to think tank activities and various fieldwork activities for urban development in collaboration with Hachinohe City, Hachinohe Institute of Technology, and Hachinohe National College of Technology, the center also holds various open lectures.

We have also concluded cooperation agreements with local higher educational institutions, local municipalities (Hachinohe City, Hachinohe Town, Hashikami Town, Shingo Village, Gonohe Town, Nanbu Town, Misawa City, and Sannohe City), and various companies in the region to further strengthen our “industry-academia-government-citizen” network and contribute to regional creation and human resources development.
